The mission of the Campus Family Ministry is to help families live the adventure-filled good life in Jesus together every day. We offer a fully developed and cohesive, comprehensive 18-year plan to build faith in the next generation from nursery through high school graduation. We believe Campus Church is a light in the darkness, cool water in the desert, a resource in the community that helps families win. Because we believe parents are the primary influence in a kid’s life, we believe that what happens between Sundays in a kid’s life is more important than what happens on Sunday. So a crucial part of our strategy is to provide parents with training, encouragement, and resources that they can use in the daily rhythms of life. Our Family Ministry team is made up of invested staff and volunteers who work together to influence your child’s faith development through every phase from birth – High School and beyond.

We have never met parents who didn’t care about building faith and character in their children, or about their wellbeing in general. We have however, met many who are at a loss about how to do those things. What if Family Ministry could become an ally for parents in this challenge? What if we could come alongside parents with support, encouragement, and resources to help them build faith in the next generation and meet 21st century parenting challenges? That is our vision. We believe parents bear primary responsibility for building faith in their children. We affirm that and have no desire to assume that role. We also believe that parents don’t have to attempt that monumental task on their own
We believe that building faith in the next generation is a task for everyone in each generation. Therefore, we will call upon the giftedness and passion of the entire Campus Church community to serve together in this vital ministry. We can think of no better demonstration of uncommon generosity than to pour into the lives of our kids and students. In concert with the larger vision of Campus Church, we will continue to creatively innovate, learn, flex, and grow as we move toward an Adventure Community future.
