The counseling department at Meadowcreek Elementary is having a fundraising event to be able to cover the costs of different emergency situations that arise throughout the school year in the lives of their students and families. They are hosting a Valentine’s Party for the students and their families where each item costs $1 to help raise funds. 

Last year we had a crew from Campus help set up and then some who stayed and helped at the event.  We had the very best time serving alongside the staff and loving on the students and their families!  We would love to have you join us!  

See below for times and ways you can help:

  • Help set up 4-5:00

Help at the event 5:00-7pm:

  • Food stations 

  • Face painting 

  • Craft stations (Campus will have a special photo/craft booth) 

  • Flower purchasing station 

  • Dance chaperones 

  • Photo booth station

  • Cleanup crew (starting at 6:45 PM)
