PRAYER CONCERNS:
Leonard Glasgow was driving his kids, Yvannie, Mahalia, David and Leonard Jr. to school Monday, October 6, when they had a wreck pulling out of the neighborhood. Leonard Sr. was killed. Yvannie and Mahalia were taken to Atlanta Medical Center, David and Leonard Jr. were taken to Egleston. The kids are in stable condition, but will remain in the two hospitals for observation and surgeries as needed. David is stable in ICU and Leonard Jr. will have surgery Tuesday afternoon. Delmira Earlington-Glasgow (mother) and Melanie (child) were at home.
Don Latham was hospitalized briefly over Sunday night following a reaction to medicine. He is doing fine now with the medicine out of his system. He is scheduled for out-patient hernia repair Friday, if the pre-surgery check goes well Tuesday.
Kim Hinton has been diagnosed with new tumors. These are very small and are in her brain. Doctors have a specific treatment protocol planned.
Jack Covington is St. Joseph’s hospital for one more night. He apparently had an occurrence of pancreatitis and was in a great deal of pain for a while. He’s much better now, but doctors want to observe him just a bit longer.
