SYMPATHY:

Kim Hinton passed away on Saturday afternoon, 4/11. Our prayers are with Russell, Wes, & Courtney and Kim’s mother Barbara Jones and uncle Ken Rabren, as well as the rest of the family. Visitation will be at Crowell Brothers on Peachtree Industrial Tuesday evening, 4/14, from 6 till 8. The service will be at Campus Church of Christ on Wednesday, 4/15, at 4:00pm with visitation at 3pm.

Mabel Jones’ sister, Robbie Lee, passed away. Funeral was Saturday, 4/11.

CONGRATULATIONS:

Congratulations to Wells & Shelley Woodward who welcomed their son, Charles (Charlie) Michael Woodward, on April 9th at 9:19 pm.  He weighed 8 lbs 9 oz and was 21 inches long.

Congratulations to Elizabeth & Bob Scott who are the proud grandparents  of Samuel Franklin Lawson, born 4/12 to Chris & Julie Lawson of Westland Michigan.  Congratulations also to the proud great-grandparents, Doug & Marge Renahan.

 

PRAYER CONCERNS:

Lonnie Milligan had surgery last week to remove cancer that was detected in his colon. Surgery went well. The cancer does not appear to have spread beyond his colon. They will be meeting with the oncologist soon to find out what the next step is.

Nicole Walker is dealing with reoccurring infections that are interfering with her ability to enjoy life outside of her house.

Micah Fincher will receive developmental evaluation from Babies Can’t Wait on April 20. However, he has made some great progress in recent weeks.

Chris Lochamy’s father, Richard Perfetto – fell from a ladder and injured vertebrae. Surgery went well.

Giovanni Bruschi's mother, Juanita Sandys – diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer

Jay Davis’ father, Jerry Davis – Parkinson’s and renal failure

Leo Corpuz, missionary in the Philippines – complications from diabetes

Doris Robinson’s sister, Sandra Stewart – diagnosed with colon cancer

Beth Gentner’s sister, Nancy Bishop – leukemia
