SYMAPTHY:

Patsy Holden’s mother, Margaret Rhea Reed, of Woodbury, TN, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully December 10th. Funeral service was Friday, December 12th, at 1 PM at Smith Funeral Home, 303 Murfreesboro Rd, Woodbury, TN.

PRAYER CONCERNS:

Mike Richardson will have nasal surgery at Northside Hospital on Monday.

Giovanni Bruschi's biopsy results came back sooner than expected. The results showed that the tumor is not cancerous. Surgery will be scheduled in a few weeks to remove the tumor.

Jonathan and Sara Kilpatrick’s son Nicholas, 15 months old, was admitted Tuesday, 12/16 to Scottish Rite Hospital due to ear infections, congestion and possible pneumonia.  They expect he will be there for a few days.  The doctors are doing breathing treatments and administering oxygen and antibiotics. Nicholas is showing signs of improvement.

Jim McGuire has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. A bone scan and MRI have determined that the cancer has not spread to the bones. Consults will be scheduled right away to determine the best protocol.

Guy Whitehead had neck surgery in September, but since that time he has been experiencing numbness in both of his hands.  As a result, he has very limited use of them.  He has seen a neurologist recently and will be participating in a nerve study in an attempt to determine the source of the problem.

Karen Blackman remains at Joan Glancy Rehab in room 205. She is in rehab therapy six days per week, but is finished with her therapy about 3 pm each day, so visits are welcomed each evening.  She is planning to come home on December 23rd, but will need to go back for therapy three days per week.

Lula Belle Saxton, mother of Beth Fincher, has been dismissed from Life Care of Gwinnett and is now back at home with Beth and David.
